Return and refund policy

Customers always have a 14-day right of withdrawal (calculated as calendar days from the date of receiving the products). All received products must be returned in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. The customer is always responsible for the cost of the return shipping and for the return risk. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals and not companies. As a customer, you have the right to examine the product(s) before deciding on a possible return. The examination must be done carefully so that the product is returned in essentially unchanged condition. Please note that hygiene or cosmetic products cannot be returned after the package has been opened. Spare parts can only be returned if they are not installed or assembled. The customer can pay for the return shipping himself or we can help return with our transport partner Postnord.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable price of the product(s) when we have received your return. Please note that we won't refund the original shipping cost of your order.

Return instructions

To make a return for your order, follow these instructions:

  • Contact our customer service via e-mail or the contact form within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to return. Add your order number and which products you want to return.
  • If it is possible to return, our customer service will send you a return package slip and instructions by email
  • Pack the products carefully in their original packaging, so they are not damaged during delivery. Contain with the delivery the original waybill or write with a note containing your name and the order number.
  • Hand the package in to your nearest return location.
  • Save the return receipt, this is needed in case problems arise during delivery. The customer is always responsible for the return itself.
  • After we have received the return and checked that it is in the correct condition, we will refund the money (minus return shipping costs) in the first instance to the payment method that the order was paid for within 14 days.

Unclaimed returned packages

If a package is not picked up from a pickup location or delivery company cannot contact the customer in home delivery, or if a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or contact information, we charge the same return shipping costs as presented above plus 25 EUR as an administrative cost. If you wish us to ship the parcel again, you’ll be charged for additional postage for the same amount as in the original order.
