Shipping countries
We ship products within EU to the following countries:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Portugal and Croatia
with the exception of overseas territories of the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain and France, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, San Marino and Northern-Ireland.
Shipping prices
To view Your delivery country's price of shipping, you can first choose the delivery country on the left hand side menu or on mobile on the product category selection "Hamburger". Available shipping methods and prices for the selected country are displayed on every product page and in the shopping cart and vary for different products and countries (see table below). If you have several items in your shopping cart, the one with the most expensive shipping cost will determine the order total shipping cost.

Delivery methods

DPD Parcel Pickup (parcel pickup from local pickup location)
DPD Parcel pickup is the default delivery method for orders / products weighing up to 20 kg. The package is sent for pickup to the selected pickup location (you can select the pickup service point or locker on the checkout page based on country and postal number). With DPD Parcel pickup, you can follow the package's path with the tracking code from the day of shipment until it is picked up by the customer. We will send you the shipment tracking code during order processing when the item is shipped from our warehouse. The recipient receives a message via SMS, email or with MyDPD services when the package can be picked up from the local pickup location. The delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days calculated from when the package has been sent from our warehouse depending on the delivery country.
DPD Home Delivery (parcel door delivery)
With DPD Home, delivery is carried out to the recipient's door (or floor level) for packages weighing up to 35 kilos. The recipient receives a notification via SMS, email or via the MyDPD services and in most countries it is possible to choose the delivery day or time period. Packages are normally delivered during the daytime or in major cities also in the evening. In cases where the package weighs more than 20 kilos, delivery takes place against a receipt requirement to the recipient's door or floor level. The delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days calculated from when the package has been sent from our warehouse. We send you the shipment tracking code during order processing when the item is sent from our warehouse and the tracking code can be used to track the delivery on DPD website or using the link provided.

Postnord MyPack Collect (parcel pickup from local pickup location in Denmark)
Postnord MyPack Collect is the default delivery method for orders / products weighing up to 20 kg to Denmark. The package is sent for pickup to the selected pickup location (you can select the pickup service point or locker on the checkout page based on your delivery address postal number). With MyPack Collect, you can follow the package's path with the tracking code from the day of shipment until it is picked up by the customer. We will send you the shipment tracking code during order processing when the item is shipped from our warehouse. The recipient receives a message via SMS, email or in the PostNord App when the package can be picked up from the local pickup location. The delivery time is approximately 2-6 working days calculated from when the package has been sent from our warehouse.
Postnord MyPack Home (parcel door delivery in Denmark)
With Postnord MyPack Home, delivery is carried out to the recipient's door (or floor level) for packages weighing up to 35 kilos. The recipient receives a notification via SMS, email or via the PostNord App and chooses the delivery day and time interval themselves. Packages are normally delivered during the day or in major cities also in the evening. In cases where the package weighs more than 20 kilos, delivery takes place against a receipt requirement to the recipient's door or floor level. The delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days calculated from when the package has been sent from our warehouse. We send you the shipment code during order processing when the item is sent from our warehouse and the code can be used to track the delivery in the Postnord App or websites.
Freight for heavier goods
Some of the products we sell are so heavy or large that they cannot be sent as a package or parcel. In this case, the products are delivered as pallet freight with different carriers based on the shipping country. As a rule, shipments are distributed during the day between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to the recipient's plot or floor level. We send you the shipment tracking code when the shipment leaves our warehouse and it can be used to track the shipment using the provided link. If the recipient is a private person, carrier company will contact the recipient to agree on the best delivery time. If the recipient cannot be reached at the address, a message is left for him.
