• Instructions: After using the sauna, rinse the pillow lightly with a shower or wash in the machine. Wash before use. Wash separately. Shrinks by about 5% in the wash. Shape while damp after washing. Do not leave the pillow too close to a hot heater. Gentle wash program 40 °C. Iron at medium heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
