In the package you will find three different bath bags:

• The Birch forest bath bag contains 100 % natural ground birch leaves from Finland and pure mineral rich alpine salt from Germany in biodegradable bath sachet for infusion and will bring a traditional and enjoyable bath with the pleasant aromatic scents of birch wood and summer, for example while enjoying the sauna.
• Birch & Peppermint forest bath bag contains 100 % natural ground birch leaves and peppermint from Finland along with alpine salt brings an enjoyable bath and an aromatic scent that refreshes tired body parts, for example after sports or outdoor activities.
• Birch & Heather forest bath bag contains 100 % natural ground birch leaves and heather from Finland along with alpine salt brings an enjoyable bath that nourishes and soothes the area to be bathed and gives an aromatic fresh scent.

These innovative forest bathing bags are very easy to use and made from Finnish ground birch leaf, German alpine salt and a 100% natural ingredients made from peppermint or heather, which are packed into a biodegradable bag. Using the forest bathing bag is simple - take the bathing bag out of the package and put it on the bottom of a cup and fill the cup with hot water and let it brew for 15 minutes. After brewing, pour the contents of the cup into the bath tub, washbasin or sauna pail and add a suitable amount of warm or lukewarm water to the pail. You can also brew the forest bath bag directly in the bathtub or washbasin if you wish.
