The smoker has a door made of brushed steel with a glass window so you can observe how the food in the cabinet is doing. On top of the smoker, you will find an easy-to-use digital control panel with a temperature selection of 38-137 degrees and a timer from 0 to 24 h. Inside the product, you will find a grease tray into which the liquid/fat produced during smoking drains. The smoking cabinet has an innovative smoking chip tray that gives you the opportunity to add smoking chips during smoking, the smoker's innovative tray filling cylinder can be pulled out during smoking and smoking chips can be added without having to open the door of the smoker, which ensures that the heat does not escape from the smoker during smoking. The smoking chip tray is placed on top of the electric smoker's resistance, which speeds up the creation of smoke. The product is complemented by the supplied protective cover, which is good to use when the smoker is not in use.
