Harvia's original rounded olivine diabase sauna stones made from the best rock raw materials resemble natural round stones from large rapids and give a spectacular finish to the top layer of your sauna heater or even the whole heater. Using this rounded sauna stone guarantees a soft, moist bath in your sauna. The water poured on the stove easily flows along the smooth surface of the stone to the lower stone layers, so that the water reaches more surface area and produces softer steam and better humidity.

In stoves with a small stone space, we recommend using round stove stones on top of block-faced stove stones of the same size class, which increase the evaporation surface of the water lower in the stone space. Thus, the water cannot flow directly through the stone space. With this combination, you enable the best result for soft steaming and efficient heat production in your stove.
